HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security at n3h

Every layer of your account — from login to withdrawal — is protected by encryption and access controls.

Data Collection Practice

We collect only what is necessary: your registration details, transaction records linked to UPI or Paytm payments, session logs and support communications. Nothing beyond that scope is retained without your awareness.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytical cookies to understand how pages perform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time without losing your account access.

Account Security Controls

Your account password is stored using one-way hashing. Login sessions are monitored for unusual device or location patterns, and you will be prompted to re-verify if something looks out of the ordinary.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is held for the duration of your membership. After an account is closed, transaction and identity records are retained only for as long as required by applicable Indian legal obligations, then securely deleted.

Requesting Data Changes

You can request a full export of your stored data or ask us to correct inaccurate details by contacting the privacy team via email or the Help Centre ticket system. We process these requests within seven working days.

Third-Party Data Sharing

Data is shared with payment processors like PhonePe or Paytm only to complete a transaction. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or unaffiliated third parties under any circumstances.

Your Privacy Questions, Answered

The questions below address the most common concerns we receive about data rights, storage and how to take action on your account information. If your question is not covered here, the privacy team is reachable through the support channels listed above.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. Once you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, transaction metadata is added to your account record. Device and browser data is logged for session security purposes.

Yes. Send a data access request to our privacy inbox with your registered mobile number. We will compile and send a structured copy of your account data within seven working days of verifying your identity.

Contact us via the Help Centre ticket system and select the Privacy or Account Data category. Include the specific field you believe is incorrect and what the correct value should be. We will review and update your record promptly.

Only with payment processors — such as Paytm, PhonePe or UPI network operators — and only to complete your transactions. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers, ever.

Transaction and identity records are held after account closure only for as long as Indian legal obligations require. Once that retention period expires, records are permanently and securely deleted from our systems.

We use session cookies for login continuity and analytical cookies to monitor page performance. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Removing session cookies will log you out, but your account data stays intact.

Submit a Help Centre ticket under the Privacy category or email our privacy team directly. You will receive a written acknowledgement and a reference number. Rights and escalation options depend on local law and are available where local law permits.
