We accept UPI, Paytm and PhonePe for India accounts. Enter your UPI handle or Paytm number in the deposit screen, confirm the amount and authorise the transaction. Funds typically reach your wallet within sixty seconds.

A UPI transaction stays in pending status while your bank processes the authorisation. This usually resolves within two minutes. If it exceeds ten minutes, contact live chat with your transaction reference number and we will trace it.

Our finance team reviews withdrawal requests and processes them to the same payment rail you deposited with — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Most withdrawals complete within one working day after identity verification is confirmed.
