Account Security

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active, plus a statutory period required by applicable law. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days unless law requires longer retention.

These terms form a binding agreement between you as the account holder and n3h, the operator of n3h.club. By using the platform where local law permits, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted all conditions set out in this section.

Yes. Access to real-money services depends on local law and is available only where your local law permits such activity. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of n3h is lawful in your state or territory before opening an account.

Email our legal team with your registered account ID and a clear request for a data copy. We will verify your identity, then deliver a structured data export to your registered email address within 14 calendar days of the verified request.

You can request deletion of personal data we are not legally required to retain. Submit your request by email with your account ID. We will process the deletion within 90 days and confirm completion in writing to your registered email address.

Payment-specific conditions are set out in the payment section of your account dashboard. These supplement, and do not replace, the general account terms here. The same jurisdiction-dependent eligibility rules apply to all payment rails including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe.

We will send a notification to your registered email address before any material change takes effect, stating clearly what is changing and when. Continuing to use your account after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

On account closure, we begin a deletion or anonymisation process for your personal data. This completes within 90 days unless applicable law requires us to retain specific records — for example, transactional records required for financial compliance — for a longer statutory period.
